You can integrate your Local Line account with thousands of apps to automate your workflows!
Visit the Zapier app marketplace and find the apps you want to pair with.
For example, you can connect Local Line and Mailchimp to automatically create a subscriber in Mailchimp when a new customer is registered on your storefront or added in your back office.
Or, you can connect Local Line and Quickbooks to automatically create a Quickbooks invoice when an order is placed.
- On the Zapier app marketplace, search for Local Line and the app you want to pair it with
- Browse the available actions you can automate
Note: Zaps that were created using a Local Line 1.0 account must be re-created in your 2.0 account.

Zap components
Zap automations are made up of two elements:
- A trigger - this is an event in Local Line that starts the automation. Once you turn on a Zap, Zapier monitors for that trigger event. Learn more.
- For example, one trigger you can use is "order updated". This includes all updates to an order. Marking an order fulfilled and paid triggers upon click, but other updates (like changes to order line items, payment or fulfillment details, or adding notes) only trigger when you hit the Save button.
- An action - An action is an event your Zap performs in the paired app when your trigger event occurs. Learn more.
- For example, one action you can apply is to close your store. This is done by integrating your Local Line account with Google Calendar where you can schedule that event. This template shows how to set that up. (You must have a Zapier account to access the template).
You can find which triggers and actions are available on the Local Line page in the Zapier app marketplace.
To understand what is possible for a given automation and what the app you are connecting Local Line with can do, visit their page in the Zapier app marketplace using their search and view their triggers and actions.
When you are building your zap, the settings you see on screen and are prompted to fill out represent what fields can be mapped to to produce a given automation.
