Use this workflow to send Buyers that placed an order a bulk email message.
- Go to Customers.
- Click the checkbox to select all records and then click Download Customers.
- Go to Orders and set the date filters to your order cycle range.
- Click Download Order Summary.
- In the downloaded Order Summary take the following steps:
- Click “Data”.
- Click “Remove Duplicates”.
- Click “Unselect All” and then select Account Name.
- Click “OK”.
- Click “OK” again.
- Highlight the Account Name column records (not the header) and then copy it.
- Return to the Customers spreadsheet you downloaded in step 2 and paste the Account Name field from the Order Summary immediately below the last record in the Account Name column.
- Highlight the pasted cells with a colour by clicking the paint can icon in the “Home” menu.
- Click “Data”.
- Click “Sort”.
- Sort by: Column D (Account Name column)
- Sort On: Cell Values
- Order: A to Z
- Click “OK”.
- If you get a “Sort Warning”, select the radio button for “Sort anything that looks like a number, as a number” and click “OK”.
- Go to the top of the spreadsheet and click the cell just above the first colour-shaded cell.
- Right-click on your mouse and click “Delete”.
- Select “Shift cells up”.
- Click “OK”.
- Sort the results to align the Account Name with the corresponding email address.
- Click “Data”.
- Click “Sort”
- Sort by: Column D (Account Name column)
- Sort On: Cell Color
- Order: A to Z
- Click “OK”
- Delete records that are not associated with a highlighted/coloured cell.
