How to fix product pictures that upload with the wrong orientation

Each device that you can take pictures with saves the image files differently. This can cause some product pictures to upload sideways.

1. Go to: https://www.iloveimg.com/rotate-image/rotate-jpg.
2. Click "Select images", and then navigate to and select images that uploaded with the wrong orientation when you added the product on the My Store tab.
3. Click "Open".
4. Your images are displayed. Click the RIGHT rotation button and rotate the pictures until they are upright again.
5. Click "Rotate IMAGES".
6. Click "Download File".
7. Open the downloaded file and save it to your desktop.
8. Go to the My Store tab.
9. Click Edit next to the product you want to update the image for.
10. Click All Products or Managed Products, depending on your account type.
11. Click the image icon to select and upload the image with the updated orientation that you saved to your desktop.
12. Click Save.
