Notes are for keeping you and your team up-to-date on specific customers. Notes cannot be sent to customers.
- Go to the Customers tab and find the customer you wish to leave a note on
- Click the 'View' button
- Click the 'Add Note' button and enter details
- Click the 'Submit' button
See notes anytime you View the customer in the Customers tab. They will also appear in your dashboard Updates Feed (see below).
Note: Customer notes are confidential to your account and cannot be sent to customers.
