Customers | Send Catalogs to Customers as a Hub on 1.0

Automatically set catalogs to send out to customers and remind them to order, it's just another way Local Line makes your life easier!

There are 3 ways to send a catalog to a customer

1. Send a catalog to one customer

2. Send a catalog to multiple customers at once

3. Set up a catalog schedule

1. Send a Catalog to a Single Customer

Click on Customers tab on the navigation pane.

1. Click the box to the left of the customer you want to send the catalog to or click the top box to select all customers.
2. Click the 'Send Catalog' button
3. A pop-up window will appear, enter a personal message (Optional)
4. Click the 'Send Catalog' button

Or 

1. Click the 'View' button to the right of the customer
2. Click the 'Send Catalog' button

TIP: Ensure you de-select customers when you're ready to assign a different catalog to different customers or you could override the catalog you assigned them to!

2. Send a Catalog to Multiple Customers

Click on Customers tab on the navigation pane.

1. Select the desired catalog name in menu above search bar
2. Select the customers (use the top left filter to select all at once or check boxes manually)
3. Click the 'Send Catalog' button
4. A pop-up window will appear ensuring you want to send the selected catalog to customers
5. Fill out custom message (optional)
6. Click the box indicating if you want to be cc'd (see note below)
7. Click the 'Send Catalog' button
8. You will get a confirmation pop up that the catalog was sent!

Note: You will receive an individual email for each catalog being sent when you select the check box to be CC'ed. 

3. Set Up A Catalog Schedule 

Click on the My Store tab on the navigation pane. Then select the Catalogs tab. 

1. Select the 'Edit Customers' button to the right of the catalog you wish to send out 
2. Toggle 'ON' the Catalog Schedule 
3. Fill out required information including setting the frequency and adding a customer message (optional, but recommended) 

Note: Catalogs will automatically send out to assigned customers on the frequency you select as long as the toggle is in the 'ON' position.
