Cannot select delivery at Checkout

If a Buyer has entered "USA" in their Account Settings, they cannot select delivery at Checkout

If a Buyer is only connected with a single Seller on Local Line, the Seller can edit their City setting to fix this issue:

  1. Go to the Customers tab.
  2. Click View next to the customer you want to edit.
  3. In the City field, start typing the city, and then click on the result that is most applicable:

  1. Start typing "United States" over "USA" and then select the result that displays "United States":

  1. Click Save.

If Buyer is connected with more than one Seller on Local Line, the Seller cannot edit the Buyer's City setting, and you must contact Local Line Support or the Buyer directly to update the setting.
