Filter data in downloaded reports

Use this workflow if you cannot filter to a specific customer or supplier using the on-screen filters in your account.

  1. Configure your download from either the Customers or Orders page:
    1. Specify a Sort by parameter and set a date range.
    2. Check the "select all" box to select orders through all pages.
  2. Click the applicable button to download the desired report.
  3. Apply a filter:
    1. Microsoft Excel
      1. In "Data" settings, click "Filter".
      2. Click the filter icon in the column header cell for the range you want to filter by, for example, "Supplier".
    2. Mac Numbers
      1. Click the dropdown arrow icon in the column header.
      2. Click "Quick filter".
      3. Click on the column name you want to filter by.
