How to Clear your Cache

Are you having difficulty completing an order? Sometimes our computers get bogged down with things we can't see, it's a good idea to clear your cache!

Errors When Checking Out with a Credit Card

 
In addition to clearing your browser cache as mentioned above, if you are getting the following  error when trying to pay by credit card:
 
"The SqPaymentForm 'applicationId' option is required"
 
Please follow the below steps to resolve this:
 
1. Log out of your Local Line account by clicking your account name at the top-right and then "Logout" -- don't worry your current shopping cart contents will be saved!
 
2. You should now be at "site.localline.ca" (Our main page) -- click the "Login" button at the top and log back into the same account.
 
3. If you have shopped with more than one store in the past, you'll see a list of them after logging in again, just click "View Products" on the store you want to return to.
 
4. You should still see the same items in your cart, and you should now be able to check out and pay by credit card to complete your order.
 
If you're still having trouble, please ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version of your web browser and operating system.
