Logging Orders for Customers

Have customers who still want to email/text/call in their orders. No problem!

You can easily log orders yourself on behalf of a customer to ensure all orders are tracked and in one place. 

Log An Order On Behalf Of A Customer

Navigate to the Customers tab from the main menu.

  1. Click the 'Log Order' button to the right of the customer 
  2. Select the required logistics, date, order notes etc. 
  3. Click the 'Add a product' field
  4. Type in the product in the field or use the drop down menu and scroll for products (Spelling must be correct). Adjust product quantity as needed.
  5. Ensure delivery fee is applied if applicable
  6. Click the 'Log Order' button
  7. The customer will be notified you logged the order
