Pause Program

We recognize some of our customers have seasonal needs and wish to pause their subscription in the off season. We are happy to accommodate seasonal businesses who need to temporarily pause their subscription for up to 6 months of the year.

There is a $5/month pause fee to pause your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription and later decide you want to re-activate your existing account, you can do so with a $50 reactivation fee.



How to Pause Your Account:


Let us know at support@localline.ca:

  1. The month you would like to pause your subscription
  2. The month you would like to unpause your subscription


Pause Fee - $5/month

  • You can request sales or customer data any time
  • Covers retention of your data and account 


Reactivation Fee - $50 

  • Cancel subscription and pay $50 to restore your data if you wish to reactivate your account
