Using Notes for Orders

Notes are for keeping you and your team up-to-date on specific orders.

Order Notes

  1. Go to the Orders tab
  2. Click the 'View' button to the right of the order you wish to leave a note on
  3. Enter your note in the Order Notes field
  4. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the order

Note: Orders will appear as an update on your dashboard updates feed. Both you and the customer will then receive an email notification.
