Automatically set catalogs to send out to customers and remind them to order, it's just another way Local Line makes your life easier!
There are 3 ways to send a catalog to a customer

Set up a catalog schedule
1. Send a Catalog to a Single Customer
Click on Customers tab on the navigation pane.
- Click the box to the left of the customer you want to send the catalog to or click the top box to select all customers.
- Click the 'Send Catalog' button
- A pop-up window will appear, enter a personal message (Optional)
- Click the 'Send Catalog' button
Or
- Click the 'View' button to the right of the customer
- Click the 'Send Catalog' button
TIP: Ensure you de-select customers when you're ready to assign a different catalog to different customers or you could override the catalog you assigned them to!
2. Send a Catalog to Multiple Customers
Click on Customers tab on the navigation pane.
- Select the desired catalog name in menu above search bar
- Select the customers (use the top left filter to select all at once or check boxes manually)
- Click the 'Send Catalog' button
- A pop-up window will appear ensuring you want to send the selected catalog to customers
- Fill out custom message (optional)
- Click the box indicating if you want to be cc'd (see note below)
- Click the 'Send Catalog' button
- You will get a confirmation pop up that the catalog was sent!
Note: You will receive an individual email for each catalog being sent when you select the check box to be CC'ed.
3. Set Up A Catalog Schedule
Click on the My Store tab on the navigation pane. Then select the Catalogs tab.
- Select the 'Edit Customers' button to the right of the catalog you wish to send out
- Toggle 'ON' the Catalog Schedule
- Fill out required information including setting the frequency and adding a customer message (optional, but recommended)
Note: Catalogs will automatically send out to assigned customers on the frequency you select as long as the toggle is in the 'ON' position.
