Customers | Using Notes for Customers as a Hub on 1.0

Notes are for keeping you and your team up-to-date on specific customers. Notes cannot be sent to customers.

Customer Notes

  1. Go to the Customers tab and find the customer you wish to leave a note on
  2. Click the 'View' button
  3. Click the 'Add Note' button and enter details
  4. Click the 'Submit' button

See notes anytime you View the customer in the Customers tab. They will also appear in your dashboard Updates Feed (see below).

Note: Customer notes are confidential to your account and cannot be sent to customers.
