User settings in 2.0

You can access your user settings by clicking your name in the bottom left of the side navigation panel.

Email notification settings

Change or reset your password

Change your password

Use this method if you know your existing password and want to update it.

1. Click your name in the bottom left of the side navigation panel.
2. Enter your Old password (current password).
3. Enter a New password.
4. Click Save new password.

Reset your password

Use this method if you cannot remember your existing password.

1. Click your name in the bottom left of the side navigation panel.
2. Click the green Reset it text.
3. Enter your Email address.
4. Click Reset password.

Email notification settings

1. Click your name in the bottom left of the side navigation panel.
2. Click Notifications.
3. Configure your settings:
   1. If you want to receive all email notifications, click the Select all toggle. 
   2. If you want to enable or disable specific notifications, check the box next to the notification:
      1. Order placed
         1. This email is only triggered when your customer places the order, not when you log an order.
      2. Price list membership request
      3. New customer signup
      4. Low inventory notifications
      5. Out of stock
4. Click Apply.
