Update or reset your password and change email notification preferences
You can access your user settings by clicking your name in the bottom left of the side navigation panel, and then Your Account
Change or reset your password
Change your password
Use this method if you know your existing password and want to update it.
- Click the Account Info tab at the top
- Enter your Old password (current password)
- Enter a New password
- Click Save new password
Reset your password
Use this method if you cannot remember your existing password.
- Click the Account Info tab at the top
- Click the green Reset Password text
- Enter your Email address
- Click the Reset Password button
An email will be sent with a link you can use to reset your password
Email notification settings
- Click the Notifications tab at the top
- If you want to enable or disable specific notifications, check the box next to the notification:
- Orders
- Order placed - a customer places an order in your storefront
- Subscription cancelled - a customer cancels a subscription plan
- Inventory
- Low inventory notifications - the inventory level for a product falls below the set threshold
- Out of stock - the inventory level for a product drops to 0
- Customer
- New customer signup - a customer creates a new account in your storefront
- Price list membership request - a customer requests access to one of your private price lists
- Hubs and Vendors
- New shared product - a vendor shares a product with you
- Orders
- Click Apply
