Access your account
Existing customers
If you registered an account at our old storefront, you can log in on our new storefront using the same credentials.
- Go to our storefront.
- If you cannot recall the URL, check your inbox for an email from us that contains the URL or contact us using the email or phone you have on hand for us. For example, in a previous order confirmation.
- Click Login.
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter your Password.
- Click Login.
New customers
You can place an order on our storefront without registering an account. If you register an account you can save your credit card for future orders to make checking out quicker.
- Go to our storefront.
- If you go to our public price list, you can shop as a guest or register (recommended).
- If you go to our private price list, you must first register and then request access before you can shop. Proceed to step 2.
- Click Login.
- Click Or create an account.
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter a Password. Your password must contain at least 8 characters. Click Show to see your password as you type it.
- If you want to receive marketing emails from us, check the Email me about new item updates box to opt-in to marketing emails.
- Click Create account. This redirects you to our storefront so you can start shopping!
- If you are registering for our private price list, click the Request access button. This sends an email to us to let us know you want access. You also receive an email. When we grant access you receive another email to let you know you are ready to shop!
Manage your account
View order history and pay for orders
You can view your order history, download your invoice and pay for an order.
- Go to our storefront.
- If you cannot recall the URL, check your inbox for an email from us that contains the URL or contact us using the email or phone you have on hand for us. For example, in a previous order confirmation.
- Click Login, enter your credentials and click Login again.
- Click My account.
- Click Order history.
- If you selected a credit card payment method at checkout, click Pay now to enter your card details and pay for your order.
- If you want to download an invoice, click View invoice.
Reorder a past order
You can reorder a past order that has been fulfilled in a single click! If any product from the past order is not currently available, your cart indicates this and you must manually remove it to proceed with placing your order.
- Go to our storefront.
- If you cannot recall the URL, check your inbox for an email from us that contains the URL or contact us using the email or phone you have on hand for us. For example, in a previous order confirmation.
- Click Login, enter your credentials and click Login again.
- Click My account.
- Click Order history.
- Find the past order and click Order again.
- If a product is not currently available, click the "x" icon next to it in your cart to remove it.
- Click Continue to payment and proceed with placing your order.
Update contact and billing details
- Go to our storefront.
- If you cannot recall the URL, check your inbox for an email from us that contains the URL or contact us using the email or phone you have on hand for us. For example, in a previous order confirmation.
- Click Login, enter your credentials and click Login again.
- Click My account.
- Click Account settings.
- Make the needed changes.
- Click Apply.
Add teammates to your account
You can add your teammate(s) email address(es) to your account if you want them to receive email notifications about your orders.
- Go to our storefront.
- If you cannot recall the URL, check your inbox for an email from us that contains the URL or contact us using the email or phone you have on hand for us. For example, in a previous order confirmation.
- Click Login, enter your credentials and click Login again.
- Click My account.
- Click Account settings.
- In the Email sharing section, enter the email address. If you are entering multiple email addresses, separate them with a comma.
- Click Apply.
Reset your password
- Go to our storefront.
- If you cannot recall the URL, check your inbox for an email from us that contains the URL or contact us using the email or phone you have on hand for us. For example, in a previous order confirmation.
- Click Login.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter your Email address.
- Click Reset password.
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject “Reset password for [farm name]”.
- Click Reset password in the email.
- Enter a New password.
- Re-enter the password to confirm it.
- Click Save new password.
View store credit balance
Your store credit balance is also displayed at checkout on the Confirmation & payment step.
- Go to our storefront.
- If you cannot recall the URL, check your inbox for an email from us that contains the URL or contact us using the email or phone you have on hand for us. For example, in a previous order confirmation.
- Click Login, enter your credentials and click Login again.
- Click My account.
- Click Store credit.
View your price lists
If you are a member of multiple price lists, you can also switch between them from the store Shop page Price list dropdown menu next to the search bar, or in the hamburger menu on mobile.
- Go to our storefront.
- If you cannot recall the URL, check your inbox for an email from us that contains the URL or contact us using the email or phone you have on hand for us. For example, in a previous order confirmation.
- Click Login, enter your credentials and click Login again.
- Click My account.
- Click Price lists.
- Click Shop now to view a price list.
If you want to receive marketing emails from the farm, check the box to Get news and product updates sent to your email.
Save a credit card to your account
This option is only available if we offer credit card as a payment method in our checkout. If we work with multiple credit card processors (e.g. Square and LocalPay), they are displayed separately and you can choose to save your card to one or all of them.
When you save a credit card to your account it is also available to us to charge on your behalf if payment is due.
- Go to our storefront.
- If you cannot recall the URL, check your inbox for an email from us that contains the URL or contact us using the email or phone you have on hand for us. For example, in a previous order confirmation.
- Click Login, enter your credentials and click Login again.
- Click My account.
- Click Saved cards.
- Click Add card.
- Enter the Card number.
- Click Add.
Remove or update a credit card on your account
Use this workflow to remove or update a credit card.
- Go to our storefront.
- If you cannot recall the URL, check your inbox for an email from us that contains the URL or contact us using the email or phone you have on hand for us. For example, in a previous order confirmation.
- Click Login, enter your credentials and click Login again.
- Click My account.
- Click Saved cards.
- Click Delete.
- Click Delete again to confirm.
- If you used this workflow to update a credit card, you must add the updated card details next. See Save a credit card to your account.
