Approving Products
Once a supplier is approved, individual products from their list must also be approved for each store location before they can be ordered by member users.
Steps to Approve a Product:
- Click on the Supplier’s Name from the main Suppliers page.
- This opens their full product list.
- Find the product you want to approve and click the number under the “Approval” column (e.g., “4”).
- A list of store locations will appear:
- Check the boxes next to the locations you’d like to approve for this product.
- Note: You cannot approve a product for a location unless the supplier is already approved for that location. Ineligible locations will appear greyed out and unselectable.
- Click “Approve” to save changes.
